HHP successfully hosted a workshop on “Innovation Management and Building High-Performing Teams” on 22 March 2026 at the Green Hydrogen Lab, Kathmandu University. The session was facilitated by Jonas Bergmann-Paulsen (NTNU, Norway), who brought valuable international experience from his work with organizations such as NTNU, the UN World Food Programme (WFP), and the Red Cross.
The workshop focused on key themes including understanding innovation, effective innovation management, and strategies for building high-performing teams. Participants also explored the critical distinction between “failing right” and “failing wrong,” gaining practical insights applicable to multidisciplinary and global work environments.
A total of 23 enthusiastic participants from diverse sectors across Nepal attended the session, including Master’s students, PhD candidates, research staff from Kathmandu University, and visiting Norwegian students. The interactive nature of the workshop encouraged knowledge exchange, collaboration, and meaningful discussions.
HHP is pleased to have successfully delivered this engaging and impactful learning experience, contributing to the development of innovation-driven thinking and teamwork capabilities among participants.
